www.fundviser.co.in was established in 2016 by Mr. Siva Subramanian (MBA) and Mr. Yogesh Kamath (CA/ICWA with an objective to provide advisory role in the domain of Finance and Management Consultancy Services.

Both Siva and Yogesh have more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance and are active in raising funds (Debt & Equity) for Large, Mid-sized and MSMEs. They are currently advising Companies in various sectors as Management Consultants where they work closely with the Management to grow the Business in terms of Revenues, Profits, etc.

Their main focus is to take the Company to the next level in terms of Business, Valuation, Restructuring, Cost optimizing, etc. SME listing is one of their key areas.
